Whilst searching the web for news on Isabel, I discovered that she appeared on Young Hollywood back in October! She appeared as a part of the “Immortals” promotion, and talked about her Athena costume and “some perplexing Aussie-isms”. I found a video and two stunning images, one which is HQ, and screencaptures are on the way. Izzy really is adorable in this interview – low how soft-spoken and calm he is! The photos can be seen here, and I have embeded the video for you below.

Australian beauty Isabel Lucas plays a goddess in ‘Immortals’, and after her visit to the Studio, we know why! The soft-spoken actress describes the harrowing fight scenes on set and her amazing Athena costume. She also takes the time to explain some perplexing Aussie-isms for our American audiences. Continuing the galore of Magazine covers Isabel has had the last past months, she can now be seen gracing the german “Glamour” magazine. Kudos to my amazing friend Ann, we now have two stunningly high quality scans of the feature in our galleries – huzzah! They used the photoshoot Izzy did for “Tatler Magazine” last month, and this is definitely my new favorite shoot – Isabel looks absolutely divine! The pretty photo Glamour chose for their cover will soon also be sparkling up the main page here at Isabel Lucas Inspired…

She became internationally known with the second part of the „Transformers“-series in 2009. Shortly thereafter the Australian graced the cover of Italian “Vogue”. Her newest film “Immortals” is once again an action flick in which she can be seen besides Mickey Rourke as the goddess Athena (now out in cinemas). In her private life the 26-year old is admired by titans such as Shia LaBeouf, Jake Gyllenhaal and Jared Leto but she’s already lost her heart to fully-bearded, Australian singer-songwriter Angus Stone. Both are involved with protecting the coral reefs at the Great Barrier Reef (protectourcoralsea.org.au). This is not her first environmental-political involvement: in 2007 the beauty with a preference for the romantic hippie look, belonged to an activist group which protested against
whale culling in Japan, earning her the nickname “Princess of Whales”.
